What do you look for in an effective workout?

Here's what your trainer/Kin/Ex Physiologist should say:

❌ It shouldn’t be measured by how sore you are afterward ( stop chasing soreness, although some muscle #DOMS is normal when adapting)

❌ It shouldn’t be measured by how much you sweat. ( stay hydrated, but everyone’s body is different.
